Why is onboarding required with licenses?
A good build is what makes Halo worth the money. Every license purchase includes at least Basic Onboarding so your setup starts right.
What does the PSA audit include?
A review of your current Halo configuration, workflows and billing, with a prioritized list of fixes. It’s the starting point for ProAdmin.
Can we upgrade packages later?
Yes. You can add hours or move up a package during onboarding.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Licensing includes the full platform, and any work outside an agreed scope is quoted before we start.
